Eco-village Šumadijski Kutak is conceived as a sustainable and tourist housing complex which is offering different types of high-quality contents, services and products. It represents a perfect place for either occasional escape to the nature for rest and pleasure, restoration of energy and internal balance, or for life in nature in tune with the ecological principles and tenets of preserving healthy environment, but also for gaining experiences worth remembering!

Eco-village Šumadijski Kutak is covering the area of nearly 40 ha and is designed in accordance with the needs of healthy, but modern way of life.

Future tenants of our village can opt for a home in the North Kutak overlooking the Mt. Kosmaj or in the South Kutak turned to Mt. Bukulja, depending on their needs. Each of these two areas has its defined typical houses with their own arranged yards and possibility of building a pool or other contents in line with the buyer’s wishes and needs.

Apart from these specially arranged housing zones – South and North Kutak, the settlement consists of several more important units which provide future owners with full pleasure and modern amenities, so that the offer of our Kutak includes sports grounds, wellness centre, restaurant, forest bar, children’s playground, forest and indoor playroom, 13km long tracks through the forest for walking and recreation, as well as mini zoo and horse-farm with horseback riding school.
