Šumadijski Kutak as the largest ecological settlement in the region, represents an ideal place for getting away from daily crowds with the idea of providing life and stay in green and healthy surroundings.

We are situated in the village of Ranilović, surrounded by mountains Kosmaj and Bukulja, close to Aranđelovac and just 70kms from Belgrade. Our eco-village is located in the rural area that oozes with clean air and virgin nature, surrounded by forest and fields, at a place where a wind rose has been registered. It is at 394m altitude and the closeness of Belgrade and other towns make this location attractive for peaceful life or weekend rest.
RESIDENTIAL PART OF THE SETTLEMENT
The important segment of the Šumadijski Kutak is eco-urban settlement divided into several wholes, each representing a separate Kutak. The housing part of the village are two Kutaks – North Kutak facing mountain Kosmaj, and South Kutak that overlooks the mountain Bukulja. The residential part of the settlement is characterized by three types of houses: A frame, Green roof and Compact houses, which are primarily distinguished by their typical architecture and their size, and which are designed to meet the most diverse needs of their tenants. Each house has its own spacious, fenced yard, and can also have its own swimming pool or other facilities depending on the size of the plot on which it is located, so in Šumadijski Kutak everyone will certainly be able to find his own Corner – according to his wishes and measurements.
