CHOOSE A HOUSE TO YOUR MEASURE
The residential part of the settlement is characterized by three types of houses which are primarily distinguished by their typical architecture and their size, and which are designed to meet the most diverse needs of their tenants.
A frame houses
The A-frame houses are all located in the North Kutak of the eco-village Šumadijski Kutak, which overlooks the Kosmaj mountain, while one A-frame house is located in the South Kutak. These are houses of the same type, and by their size belong to the group of larger houses of our settlement. Each house has its own plot of 20 or 10 ares.
A frame houses are generally designed according to the needs and wishes of the clients, they can have floor area ranging from 150 to 400 sqm and can contain both an outdoor and an indoor swimming pool, and other necessary facilities.
Considering that they are usually built based on the needs of the clients, in the eco-village in the North Kutak there are free lots available for the construction of these houses.
Compact houses
Compact houses are located in the South Kutak of the eco-village Šumadijski Kutak, which overlooks the Bukulja mountain. These are houses of the same type, and by their size belong to the group of medium-sized houses of the settlement – their total gross area is 114 sqm, each house has its own plot of 10 acres, and at the buyer’s request, they can also have an outdoor pool. There are 8 Compact houses in South Kutak.
Green roof houses
Eco-village Šumadijski Kutak also offers a new, unique type of houses.
Green roof houses are located in both the North and South Kutak of the eco-village Šumadijski Kutak.
These are houses of the same type with a smaller size, but conceptually designed to contain everything needed for a stay in nature, so they are ideal for a modern weekend vacation and/or rental.
Green roof houses are available in two sizes – their total gross area can be 71 sqm or 109 sqm and each house has its own plot from 5 to 10 acres.
At the customer’s request they can also have an outdoor pool. There are 13 Green roof houses in the Eco-village Šumadijski Kutak, 9 are located in the North and 4 in the South Kutak.
ECO-URBAN SETTLEMENT OF ŠUMADIJSKI KUTAK
Eco-Urban settlement of Šumadijski Kutak is characterized by houses of modern design and different square footage, and the purchase of a house includes a fenced yard, a plot of 10 to 20 acres of green area. Depending on the wishes and needs of future tenants, houses can also have smart house and video surveillance systems, solar panels for electricity supply, indoor and/or outdoor swimming pools and a number of other benefits.
In line with personal needs and affinities, all houses can be family houses, rent houses or houses both for living and renting. For those who want to make their Kutak available also to others, there will be a booking service that will take care of all maintenance, preparation and house renting activities.
The maintenance service will care for the orderly and seamless functioning of the entire ecovillage and its contents, while the security service will take care of a peaceful and quiet stay in Šumadijska Kutak.
